Several groups toured ECFC this week. Lots of activity, some had individuals with clipboards taking notes. White shirts, ties, expensive shoes, suit pants. It's like someone told them to leave the suit coat in the car it attacts too much attention.
The only thing missing is the big FOR SALE sign in the front yard.

The cream always rises to the top, but some turds will float for a while. Eventually they dissolve and fall back to the bottom of the bucket. By then all of the milk and cream is spoiled. Of course some see this as an OPPORTUNITY to make chocolate milk. Now you know where that bitter taste in your mouth came from when they told you this was a WIN-WIN situation for everyone.
