Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Hope to be a good part of the community.

Hopefully the posts you see here will be helpful to you. I also used to love buying Dells - it was a great company to deal with until about 5 years ago. They've changed and while we all know you will find both positives and negatives about any and all companies in business, I think over time you will find that Dell is one of the worst to deal with in terms of quality of product today and certainly customer service and attitude towards its customers.

Good luck to you and hopefully your Dell experience will be the exception to what many have dealt with.
