I started a petition at http://www.change.org. Just search for Dell and you'll see it, it's titled "Tell Michael Dell he needs to fix his company's severely broken customer service"
I was a former loyal Dell customer who had an issue with a laptop that dragged on for almost two years, when I then had to take Dell to small claims court to try and rectify the issue. I want to get thousands of signatures so that Dell sees that their customer service is getting worse, and there are tons of people who feel that way.
Please take a minute to fill out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
