| My whole point with Wall-Mart is that there is nothing that can be done to slow down its growth, just like Dell is growing almost as fast. But then again, Wall-Mart doesn't really screw its customers like Dell does. Wanna know why Dell's customer care and tech support have been ranked #1 in PC Magazine for the past 14 years? Because Dell owns the magazine. Food for thought. |

well if thats the case why was i lied to by dell HUMMMMMM....... anyways dell admitted they had some errors with the update.........dell said my issue was tech so they admitted to that much so why defend dell? _________________ One Fag no company wants to piss off! |

OK so its my falt that dell lied to me about my e.p.p.? its my falt that a supervisor told me that dell makes the lables .... its my falt that dhl told me that dell makes the lables.... its my falt for everything right.... Wrong when you spend 600 min on a phone use in a month cause microsoft say it is a dell issue dell says do a system restore and have that not work .... its my falt... F*ucking yea right....and its my Falt that Dell dose not include in your service pack or at least mine..... the motherboard drivers... for my vid card and audio card.... and its my falt that dell ppl on the phone keep calling me maam' right paul.....Oh wait that is my falt cause i am a gay man with a life partner and he is also concered about the computer so i have dell talk to him.... yea thats my falt! dam i have never heard such bull.... _________________ One Fag no company wants to piss off! |

If you didn't recieve your drivers call Dell and ask to be shipped the disks or where to download them. _________________ I see DELL people!!

did someone at Dell make fun of you over the phone for being gay? i'm not trying to pick sides over who is wrong or right for your Dell troubles, but unless someone at Dell, over the phone, said something derrogatory about you for being gay, you shouldn't bring it up.
if all they did was accidentally call you ma'am, so what? especially if it was only once, or one person. if it was more than once, then there's no way in hell that it's the first time that has happened to you. don't get all bent out of shape because someone assumed that a feminine sounding voice that has a boyfriend might actually be a female, since 90% of the population is straight. this isn't a gay issue here so don't make it out to be one. this is a forum for IHATEDELL.NET, not IHATEGAYS.NET |

My whole thing with dell is that from day one dam near every single person that I have talked to or that my bf talked to lied to us. And as far as knowing what I am doing .... what should i have done got a dell hand book of what there polices are....I only did what a sales rep told me to do. I still belive in being honest. I gess some corps dont. I know I am not gramadicly correct or that I am unable to spell worth a dam. But this is me. This is who I am.... like it or not I dont care. The whole gay thing... a dell person asked me whyI say bf. I explained that i was gay she flat out asked ok then would you like me to adress you as MRS........ or after several times you tell them your a guy and they dont listen.... thats what my biggest grip is....THEY DONT LISTEN ... one rep constantly said yea uahuu emmph.... i told her to stop she just keept doing it.... so yes ihatedell.com cause no one listens at all like some one said before dell is out to make $$$$ not spend it to make ppl happy..... _________________ One Fag no company wants to piss off! |

I work in dell canada customer care and we have the right to hang up on customers after the third warning about language, we put up with enough crap we dont need you swearing at us cause your waranty expired a year ago and you want us to send you a new hard drive !!

Wrong. If a customer is being verbally abusive and violent, Dell technicians are told that they can and should hang up. I've been on the phones for five years. I've hung up maybe three times because a customer was verbally abusive. In all three cases, I immediately sent my manager the facts of the case as soon as I hung up.
No one should ever have to take verbal abuse. Not the customers and not the techs. |

I got a cheap dell computer for a family member it was a good deal. They never had something like a computer before. Well I go to pay my bill. .............online.............on the phone.......45 min wait?
I understand the Indians need jobs thats cool. But I can't understand 75% of what they say. And they give such American names?
Take my credit card number and lets move on! Its a crazy process. Thank God it was cheap. Dell sucks. I dont personally have one I use. But hell it came witha free printer. Oh I love the mail in rebates to. I will have aged 5 years by the time I see em. (PROBABLY, they make interest off all that money.... )
And whats with the attitude after 45 mins I was actually very calm and pleasant. And some women with an Arabic or whatever accent starts talking like a robot. (probably hates her job and dell but tryin to get by.... ) I try to say thank you and get hung up on .
Its a damn shame. Customer service people!!!!!!
I think it because you are lazy maybe? yes that has to be it. You had better be lucky you have a job . And to those in America who work at Dells customer Service section. Get it together. You haven't seen hostile. You can hang up if someone uses foul language? Cant handle the call? (Abuse shouldn't be tolerated by doing our jobs, so sorry.... )
The problem is you get paid crap so you sit in your little chairs and feel all safe and cozy in your call center. You dont make any effort to better your selves. LAZY. |

Honestly, that would have pissed me off, too. Now, it's one thing if you have a feminine voice, and the agent does it once, and you correct them, but if they ask you about your sexual orientation, whether you're gay or straight... yeah, you need to escalate. Get the agen's name and badge ID.
