Wow,
If all this hack is true, it seems to me someone mght be able to face crimminal charges. Since it seems that Lily knows who did it, and can back up the claim, then it may mean jail time if the involved parties pursue it.

People like Rocke have had serious, genuine issues with their termination with dell and have handled it with class and style. Just read some of his post and you will agree.

This is a new low, and if it is true, than the idividual has some issues going on.

It will be interesting to see how all of this turns out.

It will be interesting to see what Rocke has to say.

Tricia, for your information, the conversations posted herein were copied from the inbox and put into a PDF file and as you may not be aware, such files CANNOT be altered. What you are attempting to do here is called "damage control"; you stated in your previous post that Lilly did not say such things, which makes you a liar. But that does not surprise me as that is what you were fired for.

Erm.. yes they can. PDF files are, in fact, very easy to alter, with the correct software (Adobe Acrobat, or any number of other programs that will import PDF). Although truth being told its easier to alter/generate the source files before porting them to PDF.

Quite honestly, "logs" like that are quite easily faked.. all it takes is time and the inclination to. Even on this board you could go through and change all the timestamps on the messages, for example, and we wouldn't be any the wiser.

Lilly did in fact have these conversations and there are more. In addition, as you may not be aware, whenever a person is online and visiting a website, their personal IP address is logged and stored by the service provider. Your insinuation that somebody just made this up is insane. Please keep in mind that everything you do and say online is tracked and traceable.

This is true, however subpoenaing these records is a time consuming and altoghther irritating process for the ISP... and generally they won't do it unless subpoena's are issued.... and they're certainly not going to based on a posting in an internet discussion group.

Besides which, she could counter-sue for invasion of privacy. Those logs arent something you can just "come across" when you're backing up files. They'd have to be something that you were looking specifically for.. and in fact you'd have no reason to go to her facebook account in the first place, because all that is stored at facebook, not locally (except in the internet temporary files, which you'd have no reason to back up anyway). You deliberately snooped where you had no reason to snoop. You found something interesting/incriminating, and you decided to wave the dirty laundry around.

In fact, i could venture to say that you probably snooped around in other files, looking for more stuff that's incriminating. Wonder if you came across any tax documents or something while you were snooping...

Certainly makes me not want to let you back up -my- computer, that's for sure. Who knows what you might post of mine. All in all, ethically, bad move.

ETA: Oh, and before you start going off about how you wouldnt do something like that... we have evidence that says otherwise... and besides, it's just your word. What sort of credibility do you have, given that you stuck your nose where it didn't belong, then chose to share it?

yo man, yeah I so totally agree,

there are hacks out there about screwing around with facebook accounts and actually you can fake what others see in other peoples accounts but it takes like a lot of time to do so who ever gained that access to that managers account could be seeing one thing when in fact it had already been altered to cause a ruse so that who ever got into that account would not see the real stuff and then well be like a frog and jump to conclusions

it seems to me you got set up from the manager or someone who fucked with the account beside facebooks privacy thingy even states that if you give out your password your

plus if you access her account with the passwords she provided you cannot be held liable by any means as she freely gave out that info that manager is just as responsable for what is going on as who ever access the info

Steinhauer,

You are clearly off your rocker... It is well known that you are NOT sane in the head, the email you sent out when you left seriously damaged your reputation. The fact that you sent that e mail was justification enough that you should have been canned.

Second, No one beleives your posts here, your reputation is ruined.... Seriously, stop, because you do NOT sound like you are sane! You should try to rebuild your reputiation as a sane person by stopping the lies! I know they are lies! Stop, really dude, you're Crazy
