| waited on the phone for 12 mins and then got hung up on. pissed me off so much! i hate dell, i have never had a good experience with them! |

Sup Whealy? Welcome. Shoot, I waited on hold at Travis County Tax 20 minutes, then it rang and promptly hung up on me. And they don't even outsource to India!
I get the feeling that large phone-support organizations buy defective phone systems ON PURPOSE. Like, when the salesman comes to demonstrate it, they ask "Will it delay and hang up on callers?" and the salesman grins and says "Definitely!" and the corporate buyer says "OK! I think we've got a DEAL!".

its a massive infrastructure that you probably couldnt even comprehend.... not all the time can you blame the equipment... like a computer it only does what its told to and dosent always play well with others. If that wernt true you wouldnt have this forum to post in.
