Waco employees should register for the overtime lawsuit BEFORE they close the site. You were probably paid incorrectly with 1/2 time for overtime and NOT 1.5X. Your Kronos was most likely scammed to cut 30-45 minutes off per day, including 1 hour lunches when made to work thru lunch. When they changed the rules for Contest Zone mid month or raised the quota or changed it mid month- it cost you money. You should register BEFORE Monday to protect yourself. Why does it matter if we do it before Monday or after today? WE can register just the same on Tuesday.
