Certain anonymous email providers have been banned, as porn spambots are chronically abusing their lax security to post highly-distasteful content here.

Gmail, and greatfreemail, are not accepted as registration addresses. They take no steps to assure their clients are actual people, as opposed to spambots. They have been asked to do so.

We apologize if you are an actual person using these services. But to register here you will need an email address other than these two providers.

This site does not use your email address for any commercial purposes. If you have a static email address, rather than a transient one, you are secure in using it here. I run the board, my static address is on record here, and I do not feel any security compromise as a result.

I don't even run antivirus, and I still operate off my original 1998 factory image. That is to say, I know something about internet security.

i spent 1300.00 on a dell and it has crashed three times. two of the times they have come to my house to fix it. the first ime it was good the person took time to show us stuff. this last time the lady spent less than 3 minutes and left and we had to pay someone to even get it to start up. the first time we had to pay 150.00 tohave it repaired. we had two independent computer places look at it and they both agree that this thing is a lemon and that dell should replace it. i called them and they said "we don't do that" what a bunch of crap. never again will i own a dell. their customer relations is the worst ever.and if people ask what kind of laptop to buy, i surely will steer them away from a dell.
