BAND ME SEE IF I CARE, DELL IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i HAVE HAD 2 LABTOPS AND THEY STILL DONT WORK HARDDRIVE FAIL EVERY TIME!!!!! NOW THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF THE NEXT ONE SAID NEVER FILED FOR IT.....BULLSH** THEY ARE A JOKE!!!! i WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE OR IN MY COMPANYS LIFE GET ANOTHER DELL!!!!!!!! I HAVE A LAWER WORKING ON THE CASE NOW, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.... ONE WAY OR ANOTHER DELL WILL PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCKING BITCHES

It helps your cause much better to do this.
1. Contact your credit card company. (I hope you didn't use Dhell finance)
Reverse charges on defective priduct, unable to deliver on time.
2. The BBB (Dhell is getting better at lying to them)
3. The State Attoruney General of your State. (Fraud division)
4. The FTC.
