I'm not sure about anyone else but immediately after recieving my settlement payment i was let go for "poor performance" has this or is this currently hppening to anyone else? i need to know before i contact my lawyer.

Poor performance is a valid reason to be terminated.

You were not meeting the required metrics.

You are eligible for unemployment benefits as long as you meet the minimum time requirement
