does any one have any idea on how to pass the dell
Customer Handling Skills Certification test
i passed the dell Customer Handling Skills Self Assessment test 3 times an failed the Customer Handling Skills Certification 2 times one more an am out i really don't understand whats wrong
anyone remember any right questions
because in these situations the right question is the wrong question
any tips on how to eliminate the correct answers
i hate commonsense questions because they are always wrong but witch one is more wrong

If your good at lying, cheating, and have no concensience. You can pass Dhells tests. After all you just follow a scripted list anyways. _________________ Former employee of Dell and can say that they

were is the lie in me saying that i failed the test? and am doing field tech not customer service. who lies about failing? so your telling me no one in this world were living in is allowed to ask someone for help when they have a problem? |

You already know the trick. That is, all the answers are trick. They are all either wrong or incomplete. You have to pick the one that is LEAST wrong.
It's a despicable way to conduct a test, but then everything Dell does is despicable. Might as well get used to it. _________________ Rocke T Sinetist
