i agree we are one human race. but, everyone wants to have their own group. african americans, you guys are far removed from africa, so why do you insist on being called african americans? you don't hear the mexicans wanting to be called Mexican American's do you? no. whites aren't singling themselves out as Danish American's or Irish Americans, or even German Americans. I was born here in American, and by golly, i'm nothing more than an american and proud of it. i'm heterosexual, white, and male. i'm in the last group that corporate america can poke fun of without someone getting their panties in a wad. how many commericals out there do they play some white dude to be nothing more than a dumb, hickish, pile or raging hormones? play a black dude that way and the blacks get all bent out of shape. i don't care who is gay, straight, animal fucker, or whatever. i hate religion which has poisoned minds of the sane people to think the way many do think now. i try to live by something that you'll say IS religious, but it really isn't. i treat people simply the way i want to be treated. it's really that simple. i don't care if someone is a different color, i don't care is someone is gay, i don't care if someone has a disease. just because of these things, you are no more special than anyone else on this earth. you do deserve to be treated just like everyone else, and it is a crying shame that government had to step in for blacks and women to receive the same treatments as white men. yet, they won't have the same balls to stand up and say that a marriage is between two people who are committed to each other and to the relationship no matter if it's two women, two men, or one man and one woman. this won't lead to the downfall of the sanctity of marriage. in fact the number one cause of divorce is not gays, but the number one cause of divorce is marriage.
i don't impose my views on anyone, and i stand up not to have others impose their views on me. be gay, be straight, be white, be black, be mexican. i don't care. we're all people. we all need to coexist. dell and all these other companies who try to force their employees to be aware of other groups out there, they need to stop. i know they're within their legal rights, but it needs to stop. they can't force people to coexist. so stop trying. i want to coexist as do many other people. john lennon sang a song about it. i'm sure you all know it. all we need to do is set everything aside and this will be a better place.

if this dude was stupid enough to take on the Gay Mafia sponsored by Dell in an email message, then he deserves to get his ass fired.

life is about "playing the game", not coming out and saying "ooooh, look at me, i'm an example of morality and what the majority think is right".

he got what he deserved and will be much better off away from a company that is as stupid as he is.

The only reason dhell supports it is that it is hoping to generate to sales outta being perceived as a "cool" company. No offense, but I don't think dhell know the difference between gay and straight to start with. Gay people everywhere should be mad at dhell for being taken advantage of to generate unethical sales.

I've been told personally by someone in Dhell's HR that Dell Follows the EEOC and Non Discriminatory policies but cannot Gurantee that Management will do so.

Pretty sad.
