- also know as the rippers
- looks like an angel but a nightmare
- takes things personal
- her rules, her rules
- terminates agents/managers who opposes their rules
- whatever the reason once they find the hole, you're out
- someone got terminated because of 1 minute overbreak
- someone got terminated because of health issues
- someone got terminated because agent is a high performer/outstanding |

Jill Schot (AO1) Worst manager I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Completly disrespected her teams (i happoend to be stuck with her both in DOC and GTS) Talked down to everyone, Im just to pissed to continue there is a lot more  . Other than Her the other six managers I had in my 18 months at dell we average.

+1 both of those guys were the biggest assholes in OKC.. Add to that list John Joe Knotter and Jason Shepard. Carrillo is actually a manager in RR now for the Senior Specialists. He was my boss for a while when he was in OKC.. |
