This site makes every effort to delete spam within hours or minutes of when it's posted. But spammers post faster than 4 volunteers can delete it. You can tell it from the subject bar when you see it, as well as I can.

I apologize for the risks (malware), atrocities (child porn) and absurdities (illicit pharmaceuticals) readers may be exposed to if they click spam titles.

Given the dynamic of the internet, the site can't totally control what can be seen. The viewer, on the other hand, has the ultimate control over what s/he sees or doesn't see. Don't click on spam titles, and NEVER click the spam itself.
