Hi Everyone:
Our law firm has initiated over 60 class action overtime lawsuits in California, mainly against the abusive computer and IT industry for failing to pay overtime. If you worked overtime but were not paid for it, or told you were salary exempt, you are "likely" entitled to overtime pay. You can go back up to four years to claim your overtime from current and past employers and you do not have to have kept time records. Dell is currently being investigated.

Because a lynch-mob would require most of the people in the Austin metrocom area to be able to break through Mikey's security either at home or at the office and still have enough people to string him up.
