Dell complaints

This is for all of you that are looking to buy a new computer. I have recently bought a new computer from Dell and have had nothing but trouble with the computer and the service from dell since I bought the computer. Dells laptops look great on the outside and in commericials but when you start to use the systems and the technical service is a joke. The computer is nothing but fluff, they promise you a great computer but what they give you is a piece of crap something that works for about a year and then tears up and Dell does not want to take the initiative to replace or make things right. Dell only wants to provide empathy and tell you "that due to their companies policy there is nothing that they can do for you and that they will not fix the problem or replace the product." If anyone is thinking about buying a Dell computer I would like to advise you not to. So if you enjoy talking to people from India on every call and dealing with their arrogance, or if you like paying a company for a product that does not work and you cannot get any service for then please be my guest Dell will be the perfect company for you and you will love their products. I urge everyone who reads this to please head my warning and advise all of your friends and family to avoid Dell computers at all costs, If your company is thinking about is thinking about updating their computers or mainframes PLEASE tell them to stay away from Dell. If you want to know more then please read the reviews on Dell and their services I am sure those will make you change your mind. Thanks for reading and I hope this inforation will help you when making a decision on purchasing a new computer.

Funny thing... I've told dozens of folks how shitty DELL is and that I know first-hand because I was a tech there. A really small percentage of folks actually listen an heed my warnings. Most claim that they've never had any negative dealings with DELL or their shitty PCs. I personally think that's a crock. If DELL was so damn good, you wouldn't hear all the negative crap that you do.

By the way, they really do suck... a lot. The service and the machines. And so does Mikey Dell's face.

I completely agree. People should have listened to you!!!! I heard that Dell was a good company before I actually purchased my computer and now that I have it I realize how overpriced and Sucky that company really is. I would not reccommend anyone to use thieir services and I am going to keep reporting them to the BBB. I am hopeing enough people will read this message and my blog on myspace and will spread the word and cause Dell to go out of business or at least leave the United States. I think the company should be shut down and never allowed to do business again.

Dell was an admirable company with admirable products, up until about 2000. Now they're a couple notches below a Popiel vegetable slicer.

And I bet Ron Popiel wasn't the 7-star asshole to work for that Michael Dell is.

Even with repeated warnings, I found that some people I knew bought Dell's. They also claimed that they've never had issues like we see here and so on, but in the end, they always give me the opportunity to scream "I told you so".

I bought a brand new Dell back in 2000. Never had any major problems with it other than Windows 98 (a Microsoft problem). It never broke down, ran great, and lasted me 8 years untill I gave it away. Technical support was outstanding.

That was then. This is now.

I bought a brand new Dell again this year because of my good experience with them. Wrong move. Dell shortchanged me on my order. I had nothing but problems with the computer from day one. And those bastards at Dell technical support can suck me for all the aggravation they put me through. And the managers are worse. Only one person out of everyone I dealt at Dell gave a damn and gave me outstanding service. Only one. They should make that person CEO, and fire all the other nimcompoops that work there. Dell technical support reps should be tortured for what they did to me!

So the riddkle of the Dell is what happened that turned an outstanding company that sold outstanding products into a snake-oil salesman that sells poison?

You're right about one thing for sure: it works for a year. I got one last
November and now it's all of a sudden dead. You should list some better options though.
