I just paid $299 for the 1320c printer and another $200 for the ink cartridges that are supposed to print 2,000 pages (Wow, I calculated that I would be saving nearly $400 a year on ink if only I had this printer...) WRONG!!!

However, the return policy is 21 days from the invoice - so if you don't "run out" your expensive ink before 21 days - YOU WON'T KNOW THAT DELL HAS JUST SCREWED YOU! The customer service rep from India understood the word F*&# and asked me not to use it and kindly said "sure, I will give the phone to my manager so she can tell you the same thing I just told you." (about no exceptions on the 21 day rule.) And she did! Told me the same thing and sounded like she was reading it - I asked her "are you reading your reply?" and she said "yes" - I said can you give me the address to file a complaint at the Corporate office? - and she said "no office exists" - is this true? I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT - I AM BOYCOTTING DELL... NO MORE - NO MORE!!!! I CAN'T TAKE IT!

I am so over Dell... I will pay off my account (I have spent thousands with them over the last few years!) and never go back - this isn't my first nightmare with them either. I HATE DELL!!!!

Don't make the mistake I made. The 1320c printer will COST YOU MORE MONEY FOR INK BECAUSE THEY MISREPRESENT THE PRODUCT.

A corporate office of customer satisfaction exists, but one is prompted to ask why, when it's 99% inaccessable by customers unless somebody gives them the magic email address. It used to be dick_hunter at dell dot com, but he retired.
