| They are a**holes... Why dell cannot pay a little more for a better service?? today those idiots transfered me like 5 times between they departments, until I finished I think on Mexico, and got the best service? |

It's not a matter of pay, it's a matter of policy, which is set by Dell so as to stonewall to the greatest extent possible. I have had understandable, effective customer service from callcenters in India, but they did not work for Dell.
'Course, "Hindu" is a religion, not a nationality or a business practice. It's kinda like saying, "Presbyterian customer service is lousy". The lousiness really has nothing to do with the religion. It has to do with the policies and procedures of who hires them. Mo' bettah to refer to unintelligible India callcenter workers as 'habibs'.
Guess what? I've had worse customer service from public utilities, right here in Texas, than from my former ISP (Earthlink) which was outsourced to Bangalore. Two hours ago, I called the electric utility about a new rate plan they had advertised. A live American person transferred me to a recording saying "our office is closed, call back during business hours".  _________________ Rocke T Sinetist

I've heard that DELL treats them like shit and they are well aware that if they don't suck it up, they're gone.
That doesn't excuse anything, however.
The real problem is the fact that DELL hired them and sets the rules.
