I have an old Dell laptop using Windows 98 which I want to use to save videos, photos, etc currently stored on my Dell PC using XP Pro. I have the XP Pro disc but despite the fact I have the Cert of Authenticity it will not load and states that the code is incorrect - typical.

Is it ok to save from XP Pro to Windows 98? or do I need to sort the XP out?

..are youasking if you can move files from one to the other? The answer is yes, you can. Its easiest to burn a cd/dvd or put them on a flash drive, but you can share files between the two without having to change operating systems on either.
