A little while ago after Dell TOTALLY screwed me I found this forum. In my searching through the different posts on here I saw a list of email addresses that supposdly went to someone higher up on the Dell food chain the the little twits who run their CS.
BUT NOW I CANT FIND IT AGAIN!!!
Is there anywhere on here that the info is stored?
If not, there should be. Even if the emails just goto a bunch of secetaries sitting in a little room SOMEONE should see all the crap that Dell tries to pull. Maybe then they will see what a crappy company they work for and move on befreo the ship sinks entirely!!!!
Or better yet they get drunk at the Christmas Party and let good Ole' Boy Mr Dell know EXATCLY where he can put that new laptop!!!!!!! |

Thing is, most folks already know what a crappy and unstable company it is. A new employee finds out pretty quick from just taking a look around. Hell, we were hearing all kinds of contradictions in training. We called them on it and they couldn't give us adequate answers.
In any case, I'd love to let Mikey know what a complete putz he is as well. better yet, I'd love to mass e-mail a new call center over-seas and share the news and rumors with them. Let them know that they work for pathological liars.
