Open the champagne.

A New York judge, today, ruled that Dell has misled customers regarding warranty coverage and will set another hearing to decide on compensation to be paid.

Lets hope the Californians come down hard as well. Maybe there is a god?

BTW, the scammer seems to have disappeared after the Western Union money comment.

The New York judge in this case simply had to open their eyes. Nothing miraculous took place.

Every time Dell is called into question, they are as guilty as sin, but not every judge or official will open their eyes to it. Maybe they took too long and couldn't get this judge on the payola?

costco is advertising HP laptops where Costco itself is doing a 2-year warranty, with a 90 day return policy. My experience with Costco has always been good. Why even think Dell???
