It is with great pleasure that I announce we are opening a new call center in Orono, Maine. We hope to employ about 3000 people by the end of the year. we are expecting a significant spike in calls related to our increase in low end sales via the retail outlet. We will charge $29 per call and the call center will be profitable. The new warranty on retail sales will be for 90 days then all issues will be resolved for only $29 per call. Imagine getting a new battery for only $29. Sometimes people will have to call in a few times if the issue is very technical, but still money in the bank. Look for more information soon about the hiring process. We may even allow people to work from home throughout the US, that is still in the planning stages.

I cannot reveal my identity because I could be fired for posting on this apostate site. I dont think I have broken any of the rules and in all fairness I am just trying to reach out and help those who have had difficulties speaking with our world class customer service. To all the X- Dell employees, be assured that we love you as a brother and if it were up to me, I would hire all of you (no matter your sins while working at Dell) to work in Maine or from home. There is a financial incentive to me of securing and pleasing disatisfied customers. Dell allows me to troll the worldwide web looking for those disgruntled people who may have had their call dropped or had disatisfaction in speaking with our world class customer dis-service. Whoops the Fruedian slip came out.

I've noted before, if Dell wanted to resolve customer disgruntlement, they would have no further to look than their own site.

If nothing that real Dell management says can be counted upon as truth, in what position does that leave someone calling themselves that?

I'm 100% certain we're looking at the BB version of Airplane, but without Leslie Nielsen.

If this is true, I can't really think of a more out of the way place to put a call center. Other than being close to I-95, and the University of Maine, I can't see anything to recommend this place except a possible need for some sort of employment. And I wouldn't expect the University students to want to work for some company like Dell.
Makes you wonder what kind of tax bennies Dell "conned" them out of.
Of course all this presupposes that the posting is true?
Maybe they let him use a computer now and them when his meds are working!! LOL
