For many years, I used a Dell a Dell computer at work and I had one for several years before I bought the XPS 400. I suppose anyone can buy a bad unit. What frustrates me is that no one seems to have any idea why the darn thing failed or how to repair it.

What kind of failure? Blue screen? Overheating? Flickering screen? Smoke? No power? No boot? Clicking sound?
