thanks for your help with the email addresses for the executives , i got nowhere with phone calls and emails , till i sent one to the head of european service , they replied within 15 minutes , and agreed i had a point when they quoted 35 days to deliver , its coming 8th april , allegedly , so i am waiting impatiently to see what happens  |

Good luck, but don't hold your breath. Dell also promises resolutions they don't deliver.
