The rule of thumb is that 90% of the rumors you hear about Dell (coming from the inside) are true. My suggestion is if you are with this team would be to get your resume together now and to get all of your personal stuff out of your cube before the EOQ. _________________ Q: How do you know Dell Management is lying to you?

Yes, I heard the same thing. Dell is in it for the money, yet they think they are saving money by outsourcing. This is so untrue. Yea, they may be saving money by not paying their employees in india, etc. much. In actuality, Dell is stupid to outsource. I have had numerous customers complain about not the employees at dell in india who they can't even understand. This outsourcing will cause Dell more loss in revenue in the long run. Get a life DELL.
And, no I am not a spammer. I am a knowledgeable current employee and have person info. |

That title will change as the more post you generate... and with the current sitation where you are, you will be posting I am sure... keep us informed of the layoffs in OKC...
In fact your screen should reflect "one bitch wonder"...
Also - remember Dell is not only outsourcing, they are offshoring... soon the U.S. will be a foreign country to Dell... _________________ Released in 2008! |

yes, the more you post, the title will change. i'm a regular hater now. but seriously. dell goes through this every so often. they hire internally then they'll outsource, then they'll hire inside again, now it's outsourcing again. this too will pass. at the rate things are going here in the US, there won't be enough people gainfully employed to be able to buy Dell's stuff. sad, but true. i'm sure many of us have personal info on other workers like Hovis getting it on with we all know who in one of the first floor offices in Nashville. ain't corporate america great? _________________ former dell scapegoat |

| OKC- go buy new cars. Spend money to help the economy. Your jobs are now safe. Please spend. We will be sending out an employee offer to buy up the XPS machines at a 7% discount. That is a bargain. Better to have an XPS at a discount than a stupid Alienware. |

| What does it mean that OKC sales reps all changed their phone ext. from 405 (OKC area code) to 512 (Austin)? |
