We purchased several dell computers last month. All three of them had immediate problems. We called Dell to return them and were enticed into keeping them (the problems did not appear to serious - (random pixels on screen etc..) with offers of credits. We accepted a $100 credit and a $100 e-coupon which Dell is reneging on. We have case #'s, reference #'s and conf.#'s. What we don't have is our credits. When we've called about them we've always been given "the checks in the mail" response. Finally tonight I called and was told that my $100.00 credit had turned into a $75.00 cr. I mentioned that calls are recorded so rather than engage in a"he said, she said" about the amount, just pull the call to confirm the amount. No can or will do said Dell. Anyone have Dell executive's e-mail for CC Question

Here is one list. Read the whole thread though, some of the entries on the list are obsolete.

There's another list, I believe it's on The Consumerist. Google them, I don't know if they're dot com, org, net, or UK.

Here are links to two helpful Consumerist posts:

Reaching a Customer Advocate

Executive Email Addresses

Good luck.

Thanks, tennet. I think our internal list may have initially come from Consumerist.

The 'advocate' link could be very useful. We used to quote the email address for Customer Relations VP Dick Hunter, but he retired and we do not yet know who took his place.

I know this class action is in NY but they may be able to connect you up to another class action that is in progress.

Sorry the last post had an incorrect phone number this has the correct one.

Have you worked in Dell sales? Do you have knowledge of 60 Sac tactics?
Were you forced to upsell because of cheap machines with a negative margin?
In sales did you take call after call of customer complaints that was
counted against your quota?
If you have had enough call 212-416-8060 the State Of NY is forming a
class action suit and needs information.
This is your chance to settle the score and tell the truth about Dell!
When you call ask to speak to someone about Dell.
Thats all you have to say.
The State of Tennessee and Texas are run by good ole boys.
The State of New York is not and they are not in bed with Dell.
Call them today don't waste any time.

Do you know about service issues and unfair treatment of customers?

Call them 212-416-8060 tell the person who answers the phone you have
information about Dell.

Thats all you have to say.

I am an attorney in San Diego investigating Dell's customer service procedures, particularly with regard to the in home service warranty. Please contact me if you have had problems obtaining warranty service. Our goal is to compel Dell to honor its obligations under the contract. Feel free to email me directly at john@johnwdavis.com
