I worked on a PC the other day. It had a Dell XP Home COA on the side and a Dell XP Professional disk was giveing to me to reformat the drive.
I looked up the service tag and it showed it was shipped with XP Home. Why did they ship the system with XP Home but give a XP Professional disk? Anyone ever heard of this?

Probably just a mistake on the dispatching tech's part. In our part list they're all bunched together so it's an easy thing to miss.

I don't have a picture. Well i guess it was leagl for me to install XP Pro without a XP Pro COA. Its dell's faught anyway.

I was talking about the fact that you posted this in "Have you seen my Dell". A forum where you post pics of your Dell...
