Hi everyone,
I'm living in Germany and bought an Inspiron 9400 in January, 2007.
The computer is working fine so far, only software issues.
When I bought it, I only paid attention to the interior - good processor, graphics card etc. ...
But I completly forgot about the display and that was a huge mistake !
The "angle" of the display is just very bad. Espicially dark / black pictures can hardly be recognized, if you are not watching straight on it but from the side. So if 2 persons want to watch a movie on it, they can hardly recognize anything because the "angle" is just really worse. I hope you know what I mean with that.
I have the following type of display: WXGA+ (1440 x 900) TFT-Display
I now wonder if I should replace it by a "WUXGA (1920 x 1200) Display with TrueLife".
I don't mind having a glare display since I hardly ever use this computer outside. I also heard that glare displays in general produce a better picture.
Here's my main question: Does the WUXGA display have a better angle, so that it is possible to watch films on it even if you are not diretly in front of the display ? Angle ?
Thanks in advance,
Phil |
