Long term reader/hater and first time poster here.

This is somewhat unsurprising to be honest.
If i think of some managers, i think they send around far worse hatred about their employees.

I'd love to see something like that in company emails, those statements are actually worth an instant dismissal, if not a lawsuite if made in company comms.

I punched my name into google today and found this thread and I want everyone to know that the conversations that are so called "quoted" between Lilly and I are not accurate! I can only speak for myself and my personal conversations, but I so strongy resent who ever took the liberty to "add" derogatory words into our facebook thread that I had to open up a log in on this website so that I can tell people that these comments are not true! What this person has done is simply mean, misleading and I find it very offensive. Lilly did not say those things that you indicate in your "quotes" and I don't care what your intentions are or what the situation is but obviously you have some serious issues. I don't even work for dell anymore so I have zero vested interest in what occurs and I hope those who read this understand that the person who posted them obviously has an issue and is out to get someone! If you hate your job then you should quit, it's not like you couldn't find a job elsewhere in this market. Employers are crying for people! Get a life and don't ever "quote" me again! Since I am an adult and don't feel the need to use Facebook, MySpace, or any of the other social networks sites to converse with friends, I have to ask, can someone just sign into your account and create conversations between you and someone else? If not, then why in the hell would you leave your site open for someone to do so? Did you give your login/password to someone or just leave your computer and someone just sat down and created all those conversations?
All in all, the whole posting is both amusing and pathetic. If the conversations are true, then I would guess that the two of you could be in a heap of LEGAL trouble, even if you no longer worked at Dell. If you were still at Dell, then I would sure be looking for Dell to PROVE that they gave you the proper training so you would be free of those prejudices against people not like you. And to insinuate that someone a child molester, well, let's hope you didnt have these conversations.
If you didn't hold these conversations and someone posted them to hurt you and Lilly, then you and Lilly should find the proof you need to figuratively "hang" that person.....and one or both of you should figure out how to secure you Facebook accounts so people can't just use your accounts to post things. The situation sounds like Managers. people with no people skills and even less computer skills. Just oxygen thieves in the journey through life.

The problem with things like this is that they're easily faked. Anyone with enough time and gumption could make somethign like this that looked reasonably accurate.

What gets me is that it's already correctly formatted for the message board here. Coinkidink? Emails in general dont use the quote-blocks like this board does.. and by takin the time to format them for use here, one could easily embellish some more.

To answer the questions about how this information was obtained, Lilly Coffin provided all her passwords to me when she brought her home computer to work for me to backup and re-install her operating system, according to Lilly, her and her husband were using illegal copies of Windows XP.

Like I said, I have nothing to hide and am just expressing how I feel, this is a legal right and I have broken no laws.

Steinhauer - I can't comment on what Lilly emailed you as in your last post. All I'm saying is that in my responses there are added things like..."and talk about the bs...lol WOW!, what about that child molester?" We never discussed that and I have no idea about what that is even all about! That wasn't in my message and you know that since you looked at it directly on her facebook. I just don't understand why everyone is so mean to each other??

Tricia, for your information, the conversations posted herein were copied from the inbox and put into a PDF file and as you may not be aware, such files CANNOT be altered. What you are attempting to do here is called "damage control"; you stated in your previous post that Lilly did not say such things, which makes you a liar. But that does not surprise me as that is what you were fired for.

Lilly did in fact have these conversations and there are more. In addition, as you may not be aware, whenever a person is online and visiting a website, their personal IP address is logged and stored by the service provider. Your insinuation that somebody just made this up is insane. Please keep in mind that everything you do and say online is tracked and traceable.

The conversation Lilly had regarding ‘the child molester” was with Brian Saunders and not yourself. The conversation with your name and Lilly did in fact take place and is accurate. I am wondering why you are so defensive when in fact you have done nothing wrong.

Steinhauer- I have no idea who you are and I'm not trying to be defensive. That part is attached at my name on the quote at 10am Oct 22 so that is why I am questioning it as I didn't type that. That aside, I don't know who you are and I don't have anything against you, however, it seems that you are very upset about things. Do you know me or something? Did I do you wrong somehow and I don't know it?

Tricia, the conversations posted were supplied to me exactly as they were posted. If you in deed did not actually type what is in the conversation, I would urge you to log into facebook, copy your conversation and post it.

If in fact the conversations were altered, it was not done by me and I have been assured that they have not been altered in any way shape or form.

Yes what I read about me very much upsets me, it would upset anybody. I have done nothing to this lady except bring her team to the top performers on site and then get shit on by her.

Yes Bruce did leave Dell but him and I still talk. Who knows if it will shut down........we are an expensive site and Dell could get an outsourcer to do it for much less. Right now it's just alot of rumors. There are only 5 AM's left. I now report to Jeff Harris. Tim just resigned today so another manager gone. So many changes Tricia...be glad you are not there.

This is not what was presented to me. I would suggest you file a complaint with facebook regarding a certain individual (lilly will know who) and get this settled once and for all. Again the PDF files were sent to me via email (traceable)

Thanks Steinhauer - I haven't talked to lilly since this facebook conversation and I don't have anything to do with Dell anyway, it's just that I saw my name on here and wanted to ensure that you knew those bad things weren't said in my conversation with Lilly. I don't know what happened to you or why those things were added, I don't even know who you are. The important thing is that you know who you are and what kind of person you are and it doesn't matter what others say because there will always be people who judge. They judge me, you, everyone and we can't control it. At the end of the day, as long as you're happy with yourself, that's all that matters.

anything can be faked with technology these days, accounts are never safe and peoples info can be accessed anywhere and altered

i think that some dude is tripping with all ur minds and maybe someone is hoaxing all you just to get u all in sh*8

imho u'all need to forgive and forget and drop the matter...the only harm you are doing is to the truth and to each other
