Dell has now eliminated UPS and Fed EX completely. Everything is now shipping DHL. DHL clearly can not handle the load.
Stuff being delivered to the wrong places and every shipping nightmare you can imagine is way out of control.
Irate customers are calling in high numbers.
Dell could care less!

To confirm the story I guess if you called the sales line and asked: If I order a machine today what methods are available for shipping?
This information came from stressed sales people having to deal with it.
These are sales people who are spending hours of their time as well as taking calls that shoot thier quota's down.
Dealing with chaos caused by stupidity.
But Dell is saving a nickle! _________________ The E in Dell and the E in Enron point the same way!
