So its been a while since i checked on my old homestead... Whats going on in tech support? any good juicy rumors or hell, anything?

yeah, DOC isn't there any longer. XPS was 24/7 now won't be. GTS is still 24/7
BP still gay. JM still there. BSD expanded to include ACS or something like that, some larger clients for sales. Lots of senseless firings in all departments. new HR reps who are out to make names for themselves. New managers who also were out to make names for themselves.

basically, it's just another day at a large company with no direction.

I don't work there anymore (WHEW!) but still have friends that can't escape yet. From what I understand, it is still the same old CCP (Corporate Crack Pipe). The managers' mentality is still, "We need to fix the inappropriate way our direct reports think" instead of "We need to correct our own actions". Just another reason I am glad to be gone!

Me to brother!!!!! Gone!!!! Been there 8 years... I never knew how well it would be to get the hell out of hell!!!!! Hell, it might do some people good just to f****** quit, it really did me!!! Tell them MFs where to stick it up there ass!!! The job I have now, I love it.. It sure makes a hell of a difference when you like your job and love just to go to it. When management treats you with respect and dignity, not like DHell.. (D)Hell, that was a f****** joke to go to work there. I felt like barfing when I had to get up in the morning, and Sundays, sick all day. A bunch of f***ups for management.

For the people that are stuck or even wanting to leave that shit hole, there is hope after DHell. There is a whole lot better jobs out there than that dump. I know that this has been mentioned on here, but thought I'd reinterate it..

Well, I feel better now, somewhat. Still have bunch more of hell for Dhell to come, more like 8 years..
