Ok guys, that's it. I just found another spammer, I'm tired, I'm sick of it, enough for me.

Thought about it, more than once. This site was not created to make any kind of profit from it, it used to be a cool place where employees, former employees and customers could share their experiences, look for some advise, help...

Now it's like a .com site, flooded with spammers, with an Admin that shows up when the fire has consumed everything which is ok, it's his site, not mine. As I don't like the way he's running this site I'm off, feel free to remove my mod condition and the "Admin" title. I've lost any will in helping this site.

There is no turning back, take it the way it is. Good luck everybody, take it easy. To the mod team, it's been a pleasure working with you guys, honestly. Rocke I've learned so much from you all I can say is thank you for your wisdom.

From to time you'll see me around but I really don't know for how long.

We have to respect your judgement and accept your resignation--very reluctantly though. Your participation will be greatly missed. You're welcome to reconsider. At least stop by 'unofficially' now and then and say "hi" when the novelty strikes you.

Hell...you making me feel like a deserter in the middle of the war (I'm talking about the e-mail xD). Could be, but I'm sad, and I need some time off. You'll see me around, I still care about the site and their members.

Sad. Your absence Paul will leave a big hole. In my experience, you have provided something this site needs and will miss: a voice full of passion but also one of reason and moderation. There are many more colorful posters here but your voice has stood out along with Rocke's. I hope this is just a temporary leave of absence as I don't think the site can afford to have you gone permanently.

That said, where is this owner? Why doesn't he show his face here in the forums? I want a bite of him. He may own this site, but it is those who come and participate and those who faithfully moderate who make this site what it is and who can also break it. This absentee owner should show up regularly or he may find one day not too far away that no one comes here anymore.

Then I strongly urge you to reconsider. You experiences and knowledge of the way things worked at Dell have been invaluable to many here who needed and deserved your help. You have been able to assist people in ways that I can't, or could even dream of. Your permanent absence from this site will lessen all of us.

I understand your frustration, with some days feeling like you're living that Greek mythology story of the man condemned to push a boulder up a hill, which rolls back down once he gets it there, and he must repeat the task every day. Unlike him, you have made a difference in the lives of many of this community - a POSITIVE one.

Please come back to keep making this site the best that it can be.

You worked hard to get where you are. You deserve more admiration and respect than almost anybody else here. You always have had mine. I hope you can continue to be who you are here, as you are one of the life forces tht drive a place like this. Your energy is addictive. Please ensure that you keep yourself abridged of the goings on here, for when your eventual return occurs you will be needed.

Dell has scared most employees from posting so we mostly hear from customers, and Linc's 'news' forum is the most active. Spam is not solved, but it is suppressed.
