Please tell me, where i can find what i need.
Maybe it will be database or something else like work at home.

there is this magical website called 'monster.com' but you might want to try 'learnenglish.com' first since you live in USA.

Why not try one of the temp agencies that Dell hires through? They don't really have standards, and will hire anyone...Don't worry about your English, it isn't a requirement.
