I'm in an outsourced site, and they used to be paid by the resolution...It was great, because we could focus on fixing the problem instead of having to think of excuses to get them off the phone...Now that they merged DOC with DOC sales, they decided to change the way they were paid (from resolution rate to calls taken)...I wish they'd go back to resolution rates.
