[DOC_Is_Evil]

I was told back in February that DOC consumer support would be merging with ABU DOC...Our profiles were going to be reset so we could sell to these customers...2.5 months later, our profiles are still not reset, so we can't sell to these customers (still)...Then they yell at us for "not meeting sales metrics" and "why are your close rates so low?"...Gee, I wonder...We have to transfer all business customers because "we are not authorized to work in that company number", which lowers our close rate (especially if the customer is willing to buy), which lowers our ability to meet our metrics... Then they tell us that we are not allowed to make new customer numbers for these people (which makes sense for tax purposes, but still)...Anyone else from consumer support DOC having this problem?
