"Usually Ships: 24 Hours" really means "You'll get it sometime after Christmas"?
WTF!?
How come Home E&A doesn't give real estimated ship dates until after you've confirmed the order?
Are they testing Dell Chat India's stupidity quota today? A pissed off customer who just told you to cancel a $400 order of Christmas gifts for his grandkids is the WRONG guy to hit up for resolution feedback when you didn't resolve jack.
Now I've got to go to Best Buy to get them and I fscking hate that place. (attn, pedants, I know what fsck means and you'll kindly keep your hands off my disks!)

I worked for Dell on Christmas eve...bad luck...
Worse when you have 3 different ship dates (Yoda, DOMS and Dell website) but that's how Dell do business. _________________ I see DELL people!!
