This is why I'm here:

I have since put a stop payment on this account and Dell continues to refuse to end this agreement or acknowledge any of the complaints/practises mentioned above. As a compromise, I said I'd consider a computer of lesser value and a refund of the 3 year "Complete Care" package.
Dell keeps reminding me that it has a 30-day return that it has to honour although it doesn't seem to worry if it doesn't honour its Express Service and pledge to contact you within 1-2 business days to resolve unresolve disputes. |

| you know what you shouldnt have bought the freakin computer in the first place and believe me your not gonna get your credit back for 2-3 months when it comes to computersystems hehehe so good luck you waisted your money hehheeh |

I bought it with Dell Financing. Have only paid $44.00 of $1600.00 and put stop payment on account. |

I read it in Site Suggestions but it still wasn't very clear here that you had split some of it from there to here.
Right after I posted the comment, I found another thread where a mod (don't recall if it was you) moved something but didn't say to where. That is frustrating! |
