I would like to make aware of the superb support i had today with DellChat.
My Problem: Broken Keyboard
There Solution: Dispatched a keyboard
Time: 15 minutes for the WHOLE issue
Bonus: $100 dell voucher oh and called a angel by the rep!!!
I dont think DellChat is that bad,yes the indian support sucks but HP/Lenovo do the same!!!!!
Oh this was a rep in America.

 good point shaft.
A guy I work with was sitting on hold for PDA support for so long, he decided to open a chat window to see which was quicker. He had the issue resolved through chat just as the phone tech was picking up the phone. Chat is definitely more convenient, when you can use it. However, you do have to remember that most chat reps are fielding 3-4 chats at the same time, so you do have to be a bit more patient in chat waiting for a response.
