Dell complaints

Hey! I didnt even get a Dell.
Checked out online store. Ordered machine. Paid by Visa. Waited for contact to advise delivery date...waited...waited some more...a week later mailed them to ask WTF?
Told Visa not accepted. Re-submited details. Wated...Mailed again next day...Waited...Called phone helpline, no one could find my details. Re-submitted details and re-orderd over the phone. Was given delivery date of around a week.
Waited...Waited...Waited...Two weeks later phoned helpline again. Told, no record of my order. Re-ordered. Given delivery date of around a week...Waited...Phoned helpline again when week was out. Told, delivery would be around two weeks. I said "is this two weeks from now or a total of two weeks?" Was told could be approx. two to three weeks from now.
Swore at helpful man! Was cut off. Called again. Was told no record of my order. Asked to cancel non existant order and requested repayment of Visa. Told Visa not charged. Checked, it had been. Phoned again and demanded written confirmation that Visa had been refunded and order cancelled. Finally got confirmation three weeks later.
I am still, years later (only just found this site!) deluged with Dell adverising crap.

Address your comments to kevin_rollins@dell.com.And tell him to KISS MY ASS! Then go to BestBUYS or Office Depot and buy a Toshiba.

Dude you must have a Guardian Angel that works at Visa and is trying to say you from dell, Please dont ignore him cancel the dell and do what richand said get a toshiba.

Don't buy a tosh.... There's only one laptop worth much and that's ThinkPad. You'll wait 4,000 years to get it, but drop it on the ground a few times by accident and you'll be glad you did.
