Dell complaints

I hate dell's lack of customer care, confusiong phone numbers and retarded relationship with purolator. Purolator are just as fucken retarded as dell, but atleast I don't have to get transferred 18 times to speak to the right department. Anyway, here are my awesome monitors, and i have an xps 600 with blue lighting.

Anyway, the left monitor has a tiny little spec in it so i thought i'd take advantage of my three year parts and service warauntee and get it replaced. They sent it out no problem, but purolator is fucking me in the ass again...

Anyone know what happens with the monitor being replaced? The first guy said that purator picks it up and sends it back when they deliver, but purolator says they don't. Pretty retarded if you ask me. I'll just hold on to it till they figure it out.

you know i use to have a dual monitor setup, then realize the pain in my neck was me looking to the right monitor. And what for? NOTHING, I just had my itunes up, that was it. but i guess if you are into games or media, why not. Don't know if I would spend the money on it. Then again, if i did I would be posting pics everywhere so everyone could be jealous of me. WAIT A SEC>

I have a 2405 as well and its awesome. I am waiting for another price drop toward the end of next quarter (maybe then we will make our numbers).

Thats really a sweet setup though. How do you like your 600?

Dell sucks. But those monitors don't.

Thats a great set up. Very problematic for playing FPS mind you! I recommend three monitors for that. But I dont think anybody would be daft enough to buy three 24" Ultrasharps lol.
