I agree with you 100%...
I work at Dell Tech support and believe me... I got a call from a customer asking me why he need all the CD's that came with the system if all the apps are already installed... I pushed the mute button and said: "those are new ornaments for your Christmas tree"... _________________ I'm out like Buster Douglas... |

So are some coaches, trainers, supervisors, project managers and more...
But I think that's the same in every place. _________________ I see DELL people!!

| Dell tech support in Arg has been closed, I am still trying to find out the reasons why. Anyway, this is a good example on how things can be screwed up so fast. |

| Fortunately my days in a call center are way gone since long ago, but some close friends of mine used to work in there, and they are as clueless as me about this situation. |

Nope, they went back to Utah last year...
The only thing that is still standing is Dell Electronics & Accesories Sales. There is a rumor that Dell Customer Care may open again, but is just a rumor. _________________ I see DELL people!!

| Quote: | | If you use aspect as your phone switch, then simpy open one and stay idle none, and the open a second and it will stay available for its waiting for the 1st one to take a call. If your location is monitoring idle times and you are confronted about it simply show them the avalable aspect and your set. for further security, remove aspect from your start menu and tool bar and your in the clear. the next question is what to do with all that free time? you can load http://www.icebergradio.com/index.asp onto the dell server with out detection and listen to the radio all day (if your aspect has the 1/4 " adaptor instaled between the breakout box and the tower) |
So tell me this: When are they every able to audit one of your calls each month? I suppose you could just log on to the phones and take some calls. But what happens when you don't take enough calls for the week. I know for a fact that someone will be watching you after too long and you will be fired! |

| paul, dell used to have panamainian reps training trainers and reps. they were here in dec-jan, i guess, and stayed for a couple of weeks. now, as everybody knows, there's nothing left from the dell project but a bunch a pm's, trainers and a very few reps who passed the tech exams for linksys. |

Thank you JDE.
We had a Panamenian trainer too, but he sucked so much that he was sent back in only one week
He was always wearing sunglasses...he was embarrassed of himself _________________ I see DELL people!!
