so far I've been waiting for 4 weeks just for a quote from my account manager (who i won't name publicly at this point having only found this link from the register story about the job losses)
i've sent emails, left voicemails and had nothing back so far. should i worry? is this a normal lead time in the uk global sales team at the minute? |

question to you:
have you shop around? If someone doesn't want your business, then I am sure there are people out there who does.
if Dell is the only choice, then I don't know what to say. |

| unfortunately our little company is a subsidiary of a much bigger company who can squeeze about 40% discount from dell, consequently it's not in our interests to shop around |
