If you have had issues with the forum, we have moved to a new server.

Wed. we went down for 20+ hours and decided a new server was in order.

The site is alot faster now and we apologize for any inconvenience.

A handful are missing from the Customer forum as well, from the same timespan.

Correct me if I'm Chinese (Wong), but I think phpBB runs on two servers, one for the app and another for the database. Server switchovers do result in lost entries unless the app is 'blacked-out' while the database is switched over.

We couldn't shut off the forum prior to the move, as they were up and down. I decided we had to move now. I also posted that we would be moving, but like some of your posts, it was lost!

Anyway, I think you all would agree the forum is faster?!

Works great.

Except for a minor annoyance that's peculiar to my system settings-- it doesn't fit on my screen. Kinda does at 1024x768, but everything's a struggle to read at that resolution. But like, if nobody else has a problem, don't change it just for me.
