Now that the new Dells are shipping with Tren_Micro Anti Virus I have a problem. First Trend_Micro will not support it because Dell sells it and Dell will not support it without a charge for software support even though it's only days old. My thought uninstall Trend Micro and install Norton and tell both company's as a reseller to stick both products up thier ARSE!!!!!!.
I used to sell Dells to all my customers Approx 250 medical offices. No longer. Dell as I walk away from your company please kiss the last side of me you will ever see. |

Dell does not support any software, even if it came with the system, unless you purchase a software support plan. Same goes for any other major computer manufacturer.
As for Trend Micro, they do not provide technical support over the phone. Did you try the email on their website? That's about it. Or you can read through miles of knowledgebase articles. It's up to you.
The other option you have is post your question in the Computer Help section and have us figure it out
