ehh, that was your last problem. you shouldnt give that to any person...there are self addressed internal envelopes that this paperwork and receipts go in and get delivered to the correct dept for processing....again, you're stupid and i feel no shame for what i say, but im sure you will tell yourself that i need help in order to make yourself feel better and think you couldnt have done anything differently to keep this tragedy from occurring to you...booooooooofuckinghooooooooooooooo

So you were at Dell for 7 years, and you just did things your own way?

You made your own procedures instead of doing what your manager and his manger told you to do? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh yeaaa I don't think so.

If you don't follow procedure, you're lucky if you only get a warning and don't get written up.

If the employees at Dell had any power whatsoever or the company cared about its employees, there wouldn't be any posts in this section.

ugh, no! i was there 5 yrs not 7...i stated there are envelopes ready to be used, not people who you submit them to....you obviously arent listening, which is why you didnt last too long....yes, i did alot of things my own way and no, i didnt get written up. i worked my way up, always getting a raise along the way. i held 6 positions, none lateral moves, while i was there, including the last position that i held for two years...ppl hated me for it but i didnt care. that is why i left on my own terms, not cause dell stuck that AMEX card way up my ass and say, SMILE BILLY BOY, YOU'RE ON DELL SUCKURITY CAMERA

I was at Dell For a month without pay and a lot of excuses, i am now after 1 year with Dell trying to get my last pay check after seperating in Sept. of this year, however you have given me some options i.e. the OMBUDSMAN.

When Dell screwed me for thousands on my commission, I tried to go through the Omsbudsman person & all I got was copies of my last check. They could never tell me how they arrived at my last paycheck. My sales were averaging about $70-$80,000 per day. They ripped me so bad they even tried to tell me that some of my customers had called Dell before & the sale had to go to someone else but they would never tell me who they people were. My cousin called me at home one night and wanted to buy a decktop. We discussed everything about the sale, what they wanted,etc. I went to work the next day and got a quote. I called my cousin back at home that night & gave her the quote. She said everything was fine,I told her I would call her tomorrow to finalize everything w/ her credit card,etc. Next day I got permission to make an outside callback. We finalized the order & upon delivery she sent me an email saying everything was great and thanked me for helping her. When my check came I checked to see how much commission I made & guess what... The sale had been credited to someone in Texas. That was Bullshit. I checked w/ everyone in charge & they told me that she had spoken w/ someone else & the sale had to be credited to someone else. During my stay w/ Dell I had approximately 3000 or more orders taken away from me my commission was supposed to be about $ 25,000 for the quarter(I was in the top 5 in sales at Dell at the time) my commission check was about $ 57.00. I promply quit b.c they couldn't come up w/ the right figures and wasn't even close. Another day I had over 35 computers taken away for no reason-They said It should have been sold in the business dept. It was a homeowner buying his friends computers for Christmas. After I did all the leg work they took it away. No one but Michael Dell got credit for those sales.....Day in and day out I lost commission sales to who ?? Someone in the "Big Blue Cloud Up there". F***K DELL. They screwed me and my whole team. We were the best ..After about 30 more days all but 2-3 people in one of the greatest sales team they ever had.Quit for the same reasons no pay for hardf earned work. It has been almost 4 years now and Dell still can't tell me how they came up w/ my paycheck & also what happened to my commission/bonus & all the BS as to how you get a commission check. After a while they just wouldn't return my phone calls,they would just email me a copy of my last check. Good Luck w/ whoever they give you as an omsbudsman rep. Hope the speak better English than mine did. He said he was in Nashville but I could never mee him in person--B/c he was in India. Later Jimizs

so my question is, why does any of this sh!t surprise you??? Just pay your "stupid tax" like the rest of us former dell employees have and move on. Don't ever let a company do that to you again or else, shame on ya!
