I am trying to get on at DELL in NC and have to take an MAB agility test. Can anyone shed some light on what kind of test this is. I was told it only takes 5 mins.....

Oh yes, this is the "Managers Are Butts" test. This is where they put you in a room and yell at you for being an underperformer 5 mins. If you come out crying and whimpering like a puppy you pass. If you tell them to go fuk themselves, then you fail. |

I do not recall this "test".
I hope now a month and a half has passed you've since found out?
When I was hired in we were "schooled" for a week, given a written test, had physicals and were done.
They now in our area are to the point their reputation is so lackluster there are issues getting decent employees in OR the numbers needed to staff appropriately. I always felt quite bad for the spherion rep having to tell he'd again not met his commited worker number...
But then it mattered not, just run half a line and "Oops, sorry customer if you're order is missing a part or two."....And "Oops, sorry share holder we had this much money we weren't able to keep due to shipping and making ammends because our reputation sucks and we're unable get good quality folks in"...Which of course trickled down to our ICPs... 
Oh so sorry got on a rant there.... 
Know if you get in, in a few years time you too will be tossed aside as it suits them. You're only fortunate in that you are cheaper than we currently....get time in and a few raises in and you too will be on the block when cheaper labor or outsourcing arrive.....And believe me they both will arrive......But I do wish you well....
