For all you awesome Canadians who were tricked, lied to about your dell or just got a piece of crap for a computer...CALL DELL AND TELL THEM IT IS SMOKING...if you are from Canada, all system exchages are Brand New units...no refurbs! YAH!!

Dell's policy is if a customer calls in with a burning smell, smoking system, sparks, u automatically get a brand new system and best of all, your existing computer DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN WARRANTY.

Nice, I'll be getting a few exchanges myself Laughing[/b]

where did you get this information ??? Surprised i saw nothing in my warranty and the problem occured like 2months after it ended Mad
