I was just wondering how much other dell tech sites starting out pay is

I started at $11.76 and was $17.81 when I walked away, 7 years at Dell.

I started at $7, I work at the same site as jeremy, after a year im at $7.75

I don't know where you guys are located in Alabama, but if you move a few hours north to Nashville, you'll be making 5 bucks more an hour, but it still sucks up here, so if you are looking for more money, it's here, but if you are close to family and like where you live, then it's not worth it up here, although, the most you get out of a hurricane up here is maybe some strong wind and rain, but nothing damaging.

You get incentive as a tech? That's new, here only sales agents get incentives. I started $13/hr, several months later went up to $17+/hr.
