Looks like you have been reading the "Code of Conduct" handbook, FallenAngel. I have a suggestion; Read the final page of the handbook. If you are now finished and have not yet figured it out, you have just read a DISCLAIMER for the Code of Conduct Handbook. This one page says that Dell management can effectively ignore everything in the handbook. But if the hourly pee-ons (pun intended) try to do this, they can be fired for Code of Conduct violations. Let us all give a really big Hello to another member of the Dell Double Standard. _________________ Q: How do you know Dell Management is lying to you?
A: Until proven otherwise, Assume EVERYTHING coming from Dell Management is a lie. |

Actually, the last page was the first page I ever read. Anytime a company hands me related materials, it's what I do to set up the rest of the print I'll read.
I've seen it.
I've lived it.
Double standards seem to be as flourished as "software solves everything" around there. |
