I think his 180 IQ needs a 180 degree turn the other way?
Would have to be - to have a 180 IQ idiot BRAG about having all these la-de-da certs, and getting EXPLOITED for $12K CDN.
Right on dude! Keep bragging about how awesome it is to work for Satan AND get exploited doing it! You are SO my hero!
I WANT TO BE YOU WHEN I GROW UP!

| I should quit and get hired back. Some of the n00bs they hired into REC are making $4/hour more than me. You can't imagine how that pisses me off ! |

99% of the new hires we had in 2007 were starting way higher than the tenured reps, though onsite Management denied this vehemently. I did find it funny that they could deny something, when there were several people who had actually seen the offer letter stating starting wages sitting right in front of them. Guess the lackey forgot it on the bus one day.
But to those of us in the know, we knew that we were getting the shaft big time. Those with experience with computers and with call centers were long since scooped up, so they couldn't even use the excuse that these people were more qualified than those already on staff.
This generated ripples of anger and frustration across the board, and led to internal meetings where we were once again reminded that we are not to disclose our earnings with anyone. If it wasn't happening, then why the fuss all of a sudden? Cover up. |

I'm one of the many XPS converts that got screwed out of B1 here in Ottawa.
And yes, it's true, management would adamantly deny that new hires where getting B1. They would just tell us to get our ACI, which, of course, never happened. I think maybe 20 people in the whole building go it.
At least I was a top performer, always rated EP, so I got substantial raises and bonuses to make up for it. Well, until my last manager decided to screw me for not making enough sales. At least he got fired soon after and I'm still at Dell....wait, is that a good thing....? |

| Back to the question, we do have C1's and C2's in the EEC in Europe as well. The are pretty senior storage and software people though. |

we are smb opti/lat support at my site, and L1 makes 13.50, L2 makes 15.50, L3 16.50.
management is salary, probably about 40-50k
these are entry level jobs tho, so its nothing to complain about. |

Well, to answer the last poster's question, using the grades as I remember them, those 3 pays would work out to:
13.50 A2/3
15.50 A5
16.50 B1
Management is automatically a C grade salaried position. |
